During his visit to the Allier region, the President of the French Republic announced yesterday the selection of 150 major strategic projects intended to become true “industrial cathedrals”. These projects will benefit from enhanced support from the State in order to accelerate their implementation.
Among them is the Lithium de France project, developed by Arverne in Alsace, alongside other major industrial initiatives in the fields of energy, strategic resources, reindustrialisation, and France’s economic and energy sovereignty. This recognition highlights the strategic importance of the geothermal solutions developed by Arverne.
For Arverne, this announcement sends a strong signal to the entire industrial and institutional ecosystem. It confirms the relevance of the Group’s positioning at the intersection of renewable heat production and geothermal lithium supply, a key resource for the European battery value chain and electric mobility.
Aligned with the “Notre-Dame de Paris method” presented by the President of the Republic—characterised by clear governance, streamlined procedures and strong collective commitment—these strategic projects aim to strengthen the territorial anchoring of French industry while addressing climate and sovereignty challenges.
Arverne remains fully committed, alongside its partners and the territories involved, to continuing the development of responsible industrial projects that create local value and are aligned with France’s energy transition objectives.
