8. Applicable law - Disputes

Any dispute or litigation relating to the interpretation and/or execution of the Terms of Use that cannot be settled amicably shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal (France).

Any assignment or other transfer of the rights conferred by these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.
