• Repair In the event of a surface leak in a probe, our teams will intervene to repair and recommission the equipment, including the necessary testing.
• Replace If repair is not possible, a new borehole is drilled to replace the defective probe.
• Refund As a last resort, if no technical solution is feasible, the defective probe is refunded.
