Arverne, in partnership with Dalkia and Ile-de-France Energies & Territoires, is developing the Clichy Livry Chaleur project. It aims to the creation and operation of a low-carbon heating network powered by geothermal energy, for the towns of Clichy-sous-Bois and Livry-Gargan.

Since July 2025, the network currently in place in Livry-Gargan has been undergoing renovation. Work is also underway to deploy a new network to serve new neighborhoods, bringing the total length of the heating network to 26 km when completed.

Arverne will be responsible for drilling the two new wells that will supply this network extension.
