Arverne has joined the Coq Vert Community, a network led by Bpifrance in partnership with ADEME and the French Ministry for the Ecological Transition, bringing together companies that have embarked on their environmental and energy transition journey. Created in 2020, the community now counts more than 3,500 companies of all sizes and from all sectors (source: Bpifrance).
Membership is neither a label nor a distinction. It is based on an application process reviewed by Bpifrance and ADEME, which assess the actions already implemented by applicant companies. It is also separate from Arverne's mission as a mission-driven company, a status held since 2022.Arverne's two mission objectives are set out in Article 2.3 of its Articles of Association, and their implementation is independently verified by a third-party organization.
What we seek from joining this community is practical and concrete: the opportunity to engage with business leaders who are decarbonizing their industrial facilities and buildings, to better understand the challenges they face, and to explain how geothermal energy can help address them. The community regularly organizes regional events in the territories where Arverne operates.
