Limagne\u201d permit.<\/p>\n<p>Covering an area of <strong>442.68 km\u00b2 in the Puy-de-D\u00f4me department and granted for a period of five years,<\/strong>this new permit strengthens Arverne\u2019s asset portfolio and confirms its position as the <strong>leading French holder of exclusive geothermal exploration permits<\/strong>with now 9 exclusive exploration permits, including 3 dedicated to lithium.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd123df elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dd123df\" development in Auvergne, a region where the company has been active for several years.<br \/>The perimeter of the \u201cBassin de Limagne\u201d permit overlaps with that of the \u201cRiom-Clermont-M\u00e9tropole\u201d permit, also held by Arverne, where 3D exploration has already been carried out to assess the potential of the geothermal heat resource.<br \/>Arverne therefore already has advanced knowledge of the subsurface, the geological data and the local area, providing a solid foundation to accelerate the next exploration phases. <br \/>In parallel, <a href=\"https:\/\/arverne.earth\/en\/arverne-brgm-partenariat-pour-renforcer-connaissance-sous-sol-auvergnat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arverne and BRGM launched a scientific partnership<\/a> this year dedicated to the study of the subsurface of the Clermont basin. The teams are collecting, analysing and modelling the available geological, hydrogeological and thermal data.
