fournisseur fran\u00e7ais de solutions g\u00e9othermales, annonce la finalisation de son \u00e9mission d\u2019Obligations Remboursables en Actions Nouvelles ou Existantes (ORANE) pour un montant total de 70 M\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p><p>Cette op\u00e9ration, int\u00e9gralement souscrite par GEOGREEN, Bpifrance, ADEME Investissement, Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel Equity et Eiffel Investment Group, constitue une \u00e9tape majeure dans le financement du Groupe. Elle confirme la confiance des investisseurs dans la trajectoire de croissance d\u2019Arverne, son positionnement diff\u00e9renciant d\u2019acteur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de la g\u00e9othermie et du lithium g\u00e9othermal, et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques bas carbone.<\/p><p>Les fonds lev\u00e9s permettront \u00e0 Arverne d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de son plan strat\u00e9gique Dual Flow, en soutenant la mont\u00e9e en puissance de ses capacit\u00e9s industrielles, le d\u00e9veloppement commercial de ses activit\u00e9s et le d\u00e9ploiement de ses infrastructures sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur. Afin d\u2019accompagner cette dynamique de croissance soutenue, le Groupe poursuit l\u2019\u00e9tude de financements compl\u00e9mentaires, incluant notamment la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une augmentation de capital.<\/p><p><strong>Principales caract\u00e9ristiques de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/p><p>L&rsquo;\u00e9mission porte sur un montant total de 70 M\u20ac d&rsquo;ORANE <strong>[1]<\/strong>.Les ORANEs porteront int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 compter de la date de souscription \u00e0 un taux annuel \u00e9gal \u00e0 7%, enti\u00e8rement capitalis\u00e9s.
